This 6 week course is a great way to get started with Pilates safely and quickly become confident at the so important basics. You will be part of a small group (no more than 6 participants), which will insure interactivity and individual attention. You will also receive weekly home exercises on video and 20% off 1-1 sessions, if you choose to take any. The course runs from the 16th of January to the 20th of February.
We will explore the Pilates principles in each exercise, ensuring precision and quality of movement. In this class quality is always more important than quantity, meaning we work at a slow, mindful space to ensure your safety and comfort. You will soon feel more confident about your body and how you move. You may find that old aches and pains start to disappear and you feel stronger, firmer and more flexible.
Kristin is passionate about you getting the most out of her guidance and expertise and to enable you to take control of your own body and to enjoy it in motion. Each week you will be given homework exercises on video to keep you moving and progressing fast, if you wish. To support you further with your individual needs and goals you will also get 20% off any private sessions you may want to take during the duration of the course.
